This privacy policy is provided, for the purposes of the European General Data Protection Regulation and any other regulation applicable to data protection, by the Data Controller with respect to data gathered when visiting the website http://www.jacobcohen.com (Website) or Jacob Cohen shops and processed in compliance with this policy.

To use your personal information, we rely on authorized partners appointed as Data Processors. All authorized partners are bound by the obligation to adopt appropriate security measures to protect the personal data in their possession, as well as by a confidentiality agreement and specific contractual provisions on “how” and “when” they are allowed to collect and use your personal information.

Authorized partners acting as service providers:

Delivery service providers, logistics companies and transaction partners. These partners primarily enable us to provide the products and services you have requested.
Marketing services, advertising service providers, communication service providers (email, SMS, MMS) and social networks -
IT service providers. Child Safety

Jacob Cohën does not and does not intend to collect personal information from children (a child is defined as a minor under the age of majority under applicable law) without the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Children should NOT submit personal information to Jacob Cohën without the express permission of their parent or legal guardian. If this is the case, we will inform children not to submit personal data.

Payment Process

The payment details you provide will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent to us over the Internet. Payments made on the Site are made from time to time through payment gateway providers. You will provide your credit or debit card information directly to such payment gateway provider who operates a secure server to process your payment details, encrypt your credit/debit card data and authorise the payment. The information you provide to such payment gateway providers is not under our control and will be subject to their privacy policy and terms and conditions.
