Jacob Cohën created this Online Boutique to offer its customers an exclusive service. After selecting the products you want to buy and completing the purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Unless canceled by the customer, the acceptance of the order (and the establishment of the contract between the customer and www.jacobcohen.com) is finalised upon sending the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that during promotional and sale periods, delays in order processing and shipping may occur. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Except for certain types of products (as indicated in our Terms and Conditions), you can return one or more items purchased online within 14 days of delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay

  • PayPal (visit paypal.com to create a PayPal account)

  • Local payment methods: iDEAL for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium

  • Fast checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay

We guarantee the safety of your payment data through the use of appropriate security protocols. All payments are subject to verification with the card issuer. The total order amount will be charged at the time of completing the online purchase.
We cannot intervene if the payment authorisation is denied by the card issuer. Please note that the card issuer may apply a commission fee or administrative charge. Jacob Cohën disclaims any responsibility for such charges or for payment authorisation failures.

In the event of order cancellation or a refund for returned items, the time necessary to see the credit in your account / card will depend on banking procedures.

Refunds for returns are always credited back to the same payment method used for the original order.

Prices and Currencies

The price displayed on the website corresponds to the final price of the item. Prices include VAT, taxes and any duties (according to the delivery destination), but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout, after you select the shipping method.

All prices and service costs are subject to change without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent.
